This version fixes some bugs reported by our users and adds a cron script which can
verify your link partners for recip.

From the changelog:
- Fixed auto-disable bug , links were disabled no matter the setting.
- Fixed url matching bug, the link checker failed to find some recips altho they were there
- Added a rebuild links file action under the “Actions” menu
- Added “cron.php” which can be run from cron to regularly check for your recip.
