Finally 0.3 is here with more exciting features.

In this version:
- Fixed problem with checking recips
- Added pagination, you can now set the number of links per page
- Added edit form, you can now edit existing trade partners
- Added sort methods, you can now sort by pagerank,date added and alphabetically.
- Some other cosmetic tweaks
